不做 StandardAero(SARO.US)

StandardAero (SARO) said Thursday it has been selected by GE Aerospace (GE) to build, maintain and overhaul the CT7-2E1 engines that will power the United Kingdom's New Medium Helicopter fleet.
The award follows GE Aerospace's selection of the CT7-2E1 engine for 23 Leonardo AW149 helicopters ordered under the UK Ministry of Defence's New Medium Helicopter program. The agreement covers 46 engines plus spares, replacement parts and long-term support. The helicopters are scheduled for delivery between 2030 and 2033.
For investors, the contract adds to StandardAero's military engine maintenance business and expands its long-standing relationship with GE Aerospace. It also strengthens the company's position in the UK defense market, where governments are increasing military spending and placing greater emphasis on domestic industrial capabilities.
StandardAero (SARO) said work will be performed at its Gosport facility in southern England, which will assemble, maintain and overhaul engines for the UK fleet as well as engines destined for future export aircraft. The company has provided depot-level maintenance, repair and overhaul services for the T700 and CT7 engine family since 1986.
The contract expands StandardAero's support for the UK Ministry of Defence. The Gosport facility already performs work on the Royal Air Force's Chinook helicopters, and earlier this year the company secured an extension to support T700-GE-T701D engines powering the British Army's Apache AH-64E fleet.
Neither StandardAero (SARO) nor GE Aerospace disclosed the financial terms of the agreement.
The companies said the program is expected to support employment at StandardAero's Gosport site and includes commitments tied to the UK's social value framework, including apprenticeship programs, workforce development and educational outreach.
