Scribe Therapeutics (SCTX) Thursday announced the pricing of its upsized initial public offering of 8,580,000 shares of its common stock at the high end of the range at a public offering price of $15 per share.
The gross proceeds from the offering, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and other offering expenses, are expected to be $128.7 million.
All shares of common stock to be sold in the offering will be sold by Scribe Therapeutics.
The shares are expected to begin trading on Nasdaq on July 24, under the symbol “SCTX,” the Alameda, California-based biotech said.
The offering is expected to close on July 27, 2026.
