Power Solutions International (PSIX) has appointed Richard Hu as chief executive officer, effective August 17, 2026.
He succeeds Xun Li, who has served as interim CEO since May 2026 and will continue to serve as the company's chief financial officer.
Hu brings more than 25 years of global leadership experience spanning Asia, Europe, and the Americas, the company said. Prior to joining the company, he spent six years at BorgWarner from 2020 to 2026, most recently serving as Vice President and General Manager of the Americas Region for the Turbo & Thermal Technology business unit, it added.
