不做 T-Mobile US(TMUS.US)
Verizon Communications(VZ.US)

T-Mobile (TMUS) on Tuesday said it has restored service after a nationwide outage affected thousands of customers across the United States, while rival Verizon (VZ) used the disruption to highlight the availability of its own network.
The outage, which began on July 27, prompted a surge in customer complaints, with more than 61,000 reports recorded on outage-tracking website Downdetector at its peak. Some users reported their phones showing SOS mode and said they were unable to connect to mobile services for several hours.
T-Mobile (TMUS) said its teams were working to resolve technical challenges affecting some customers and later confirmed that service had been fully restored.
"We have fully restored service for all customers and sincerely apologize for the difficulties to those who experienced network impacts today," the company said in a statement shared on X, formerly Twitter.
As T-Mobile (TMUS) worked to resolve the disruption, Verizon (VZ) posted on X that its network was "operating normally nationwide" and suggested that customers having trouble reaching others could be affected by the reported outage on T-Mobile’s network.
The outage drew attention from users across social media, where customers shared reports of service interruptions and difficulties connecting. T-Mobile (TMUS) has not provided further details on the cause of the disruption.
