不做 CleanCore Solutions(ZONE.US)
Cerebras Systems(CBRS.US)

CleanCore Solutions (ZONE) has signed a 10-year colocation services agreement with the AI chipmaker Cerebras Systems (CBRS) for its data center campus located in Minnesota.
The AI data center campus, designed to Tier 3 standards, will represent 100% pre-leased occupancy under a long-term agreement with Cerebras, providing revenue visibility from the commencement of operations. The deal is expected to generate $800M of contract value under the 10-year term with the potential to reach $3B, including a renewal.
The campus will deliver 55 MW of utility power capacity and 40 MW of critical IT load when it is fully built out. It has already reached 20 MW of utility power and 15 MW of critical IT load. The remaining capacity is expected to come online by the first quarter of 2027.
CleanCore Solutions shares plunged 27% during trading on Wednesday, while Cerebras fell 8%.
"This second development marks an important milestone in advancing our portfolio of critical digital infrastructure to secure compute capacity for Cerebras and other premier AI companies," said CleanCore Solutions CEO Tyler Hassen. "Building on our previously announced project in West Texas, this Minnesota campus expands ZONE's infrastructure footprint to meet the urgent power needs of customers."
CleanCore will own about 80% of the project, which is expected to start generating revenue in early 2027.
