Shares of CareDx (CDNA), a precision medicine diagnostics company focused on transplant patients, rallied just over 9% on Monday, extending a 15% surge from the previous session. Friday's gain followed the company's raised full-year revenue guidance and strong second-quarter results.
The stock opened at $47.13 and reached an intraday high of $48.47, pushing above the previously reported 52-week high of $45.00 and touching fresh multi-year highs in the process.

The prior session's jump was driven by CareDx raising its 2026 revenue guidance to $490 million–$500 million, up from an earlier range of $447 million–$465 million. This came alongside an increase in adjusted EBITDA guidance to $66 million–$78 million.
