Robinhood Markets (HOOD) has secured the U.K. Financial Conduct Authority's approval to offer crypto services in the U.K.
The news comes after the FCA finalized the landmark cryptocurrency regulations for the country, having eased the capital and disclosure requirements for companies.
Shares were 5.63% higher at $91.43 about noon trading on Monday.
The crypto trading platform was added to the regulator's list of registered crypto asset firms on July 31.
The registration means Robinhood meets the FCA's anti-money laundering requirements.
