Nvidia’s strong earnings put spotlight on ETFs with the biggest NVDA exposure

不做 英伟达(NVDA.US)
VanEck Semiconductor ETF(SMH.US)
Vanguard Information Technology ETF(VGT.US)

Nvidia (NVDA) once again delivered stronger-than-expected results, highlighting the continued strength of demand for artificial intelligence infrastructure and underscoring the significance of the chipmaker's large weightings across technology and semiconductor-focused exchange-traded funds.
For investors seeking indirect exposure to Nvidia, the latest earnings report provides fresh context for the ETFs carrying the largest allocations to the company.
For the fiscal second quarter ended July 26, Nvidia reported adjusted earnings of $2.22 per share, above Wall Street's estimate of $2.09, while revenue surged 105.9% year-over-year to $96.22 billion, topping expectations of $92.38 billion.
The results reinforce Nvidia's central role in the ongoing buildout of AI infrastructure. CEO Jensen Huang said AI has reached an "inflection point," with demand for computing continuing to accelerate as AI labs, startups and other businesses expand their infrastructure.
Nvidia expects fiscal third-quarter revenue of $108 billion, plus or minus 2%, compared with the $104.86 billion analysts had expected. The company, however, said it does not expect any revenue from China during the quarter.
Against this backdrop, some ETFs provide particularly concentrated exposure to Nvidia. The Harvest NVIDIA Enhanced High Income Shares ETF USD (NVHE.U) has a 125.58% weighting, while the Harvest NVIDIA High Income Shares ETF - Class U (NVDH.U) has a 100.39% weighting.
The allocations above 100% reflect the funds' investment strategies rather than conventional long-only portfolio weightings. Among more diversified funds, the Amundi MSCI Semiconductors UCITS ETF Acc (LSMCF) has the highest Nvidia weighting at 28.80%.
Semiconductor ETFs remain among the most direct diversified vehicles for gaining exposure to Nvidia alongside other chipmakers. The VanEck Fabless Semiconductor ETF (SMHX) allocates 21.57% to Nvidia, followed closely by the VanEck Semiconductor ETF (SMH) at 21.38% and the Strive US Semiconductor ETF (SHOC) at 21.08%.
Broader technology funds generally have somewhat smaller allocations, although Nvidia still represents more than 17% of each ETF included in the table.
The range of exposure means investors can obtain very different levels of Nvidia concentration depending on the ETF they choose. At the lower end of the group, the Vanguard Information Technology Index Fund ETF (VGT) has a 17.16% Nvidia weighting, while the American Century Focused Dynamic Growth ETF (FDG) has a 17.28% allocation.
VGT also has the largest asset base among the ETFs listed, with approximately $138.79 billion in assets under management and an expense ratio of 0.09%. With Nvidia continuing to post triple-digit revenue growth and forecasting another quarter of record revenue, its performance remains an important factor for a broad range of semiconductor and technology ETFs.
