B. Riley Securities initiated coverage of Infleqtion ( INFQ ) with a Buy rating and $23 price target, as it is one of only two publicly traded quantum stocks with a full-stack platform. Shares inched up 1% during Friday trading. "We view the entity as one of just two publicly traded quantum names presenting a full-stack platform play with multiple product groups plus an optimized software stack, alongside IonQ ( IONQ )," said B. Riley analysts Craig Ellis and Rebecca Zamsky in an investor note. B. Riley has a Buy rating and $100 price target on IonQ. "We like an advantaged technology position, as neutral-atom all-to-all gate connectivity lends high logical qubit efficiency and error correction to lift our confidence that already commercial sensing products can add compute systems in a few years," Ellis said of Infleqtion. "Because the same physics underpins sensors and clocks today and likely compute systems ahead, leverage prospects seem compelling inside a large and growing TAM, rising to $16.5B and $35B-$80B in 2030E and 2035E, respectively, with our CY28 and CY29 revenue estimates rising to $75M and $90M." Infleqtion hit the New York Stock Exchange in mid-February. It has since traded between $8 and $21. "Continued volatile sector share action, which often seemingly amplifies AI sentiment, is presenting attractive entry points, in our view, into a steady stream of potential 12-month fundamental and financial catalysts as the industry races toward commercial workload uptake in a few years, which we believe will eventually span all industries," Ellis added. "While early-stage valuation is tricky and with numerous risks to navigate, we believe INFQ has the right ingredients and potential execution to be a long-term quantum winner." Last week, Infleqtion was awarded a $20M contract from NASA. The follow-on contract is for the continued development of the Quantum Gravity Gradiometer Pathfinder, which is being led by NASA JPL. The Pathfinder is designed to fly the world's first space-based quantum gravity sensor.
