NEW YORK CITY and NEW ORLEANS, Aug. 28, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Former Attorney General of Louisiana Charles C. Foti, Jr., Esq. and the law firm of Kahn Swick & Foti, LLC ("KSF") are investigating the proposed sale of AtaiBeckley Inc. (NasdaqGM: ATAI) to Eli Lilly and Company (NYSE: LLY). Under the terms of the proposed transaction, shareholders of AtaiBeckley will receive $6.75 per share in cash, plus up to $2.50 per share in the form of a Contingent Value Right entitling the holder to additional cash payments upon achievement of specified development and regulatory milestones related to the BPL-003 and VLS-01 programs.
