Femasys Inc. (FEMY), a biomedical company developing fertility and non-surgical permanent birth control solutions, announced an agreement with SandsRx Pharmacy to support the launch of its FemaSeed fertility portfolio to OB/GYN practices.
The partnership is the first in a planned network of specialty pharmacy collaborations and will provide medication coordination, patient education and preferred pricing for OB/GYNs and their patients.
FemaSeed is an in-office fertility treatment that places sperm directly into the fallopian tube. Fertility medications may be prescribed to support ovulation and improve the likelihood of pregnancy.
SandsRx will provide medication expertise, insurance verification, financial assistance, pharmacist consultations, virtual nurse support and coordinated medication delivery to help practices integrate FemaSeed into their fertility care services.
Femasys' fertility portfolio also includes FemVue, an ultrasound-based test to assess fallopian tube patency; SpermVue, an at-home male fertility screening option; and FemSperm, a sperm preparation product used with FemaSeed Complete.
The company said the portfolio is designed to enable OB/GYN practices to offer earlier, more accessible and potentially lower-cost fertility care without requiring patients to visit an infertility specialist or an outside laboratory.
Femasys is also advancing FemBloc, its non-surgical permanent birth control solution, toward U.S. FDA approval through the ongoing FINALE pivotal trial. FemBloc received regulatory approvals in Europe, the UK and New Zealand in 2025.
The company said the SandsRx agreement is intended to support the commercial launch of its fertility portfolio and expand access to treatment through OB/GYN practices.
FEMY has traded between $1.46 and $22.20 over the last year. Currently, the stock is up 4.29% at $1.70.
