Arcus Biosciences, Inc. (RCUS), a late-stage biopharmaceutical company developing treatments for cancer and immune diseases, on Wednesday priced a public offering of 14.28 million common shares at $17.50 each.
The company expects gross proceeds of approximately $250 million before underwriting discounts, commissions and offering expenses. All shares are being offered by Arcus.
Underwriters have a 30-day option to purchase up to 2.14 million additional shares at the offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.
The offering is expected to close on October 23, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
Jefferies, Leerink Partners, TD Cowen, Evercore ISI and Mizuho are acting as joint book-running managers.
RCUS is trading down 0.42% at $19.02.
