KAI在泗川主办第15届K-TCG及第9届SMG国际军机合作会议，属例行后勤安全磋商，无订单或财务增量

Korea Aerospace Industries (KAI) said Oct. 22 it has been hosting the 15th Korean Aircraft Technical Cooperation Group (K-TCG) and the ninth Safety Management Group (SMG) international meetings in Sacheon, South Gyeongsang Province, since Oct. 21.
K-TCG is an international consultative body jointly organized by KAI and the South Korean Air Force since 2009 to promote technical support, follow-on logistics support and flight safety cooperation among countries operating South Korean-made aircraft. SMG is an annual international meeting focused on flight safety and logistics support for countries operating these aircraft. It has been held annually since 2016.
The two meetings brought together 24 representatives from six countries operating South Korean-made aircraft, including Indonesia, Peru, the Philippines and Poland. Another 140 participants attended from domestic organizations, including the Defense Acquisition Program Administration, Hanwha Aerospace and LIG D&A.
KAI presented two topics: applications of reliability, availability, maintainability and cost (RAM-C) analysis, and modifications to integrate the Sniper targeting pod into the FA-50. RAM-C is an engineering analysis methodology aimed at minimizing life-cycle costs while meeting reliability, availability and maintainability targets. The Sniper targeting pod is an electro-optical system mounted beneath fighter aircraft. It was installed on the FA-50 in 2019.
The Air Force Logistics Command and Aviation Safety Agency presented operational management updates for the T-50 and KT-1 aircraft families, along with flight safety statistics and recent investigation cases.
