Resignation of Director
The board of directors (the “Board”) of China Unicom (Hong Kong) Limited (the “Company”)
announces that Mr. Jian Qin has resigned from his position as the Executive Director and President
of the Company with effect from 26 October 2026, due to change in work arrangement. Mr. Jian Qin
has confirmed that there is no disagreement with the Board and there is no matter relating to his
resignation that needs to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company.
During Mr. Jian Qin’s tenure of service in the Company, he has endeavored to perform his duties
responsibly and diligently. The Board would like to express high praise and sincere gratitude to Mr.
Jian Qin for his contributions.
