Greif recently hosted a regional leadership visit at its Vietnam facility, reinforcing the company’s commitment to operational excellence, legendary customer service, and continuous improvement across the Asia Pacific region.
Led by Tan Peck Ling, General Manager, Steel APAC, the visit brought together leaders, colleagues and customers to discuss the priorities shaping the region’s future. Through plant tours, townhall conversations and customer meetings, the time together strengthened the connections between leadership and frontline operations.Our teams shared insights, aligned on region priorities, and reinforced their commitment to delivering the high level of service our customers have come to expect. The collaborative culture fostered among our teams across APAC during this townhall allows Greif to be the advantage that helps our customers win.
A key part of the visit was spending time on the production floor, where leaders saw safety, quality and efficiency initiatives in action.
