--- 全集原文 ---
Speaker 1: Bloomberg Audio Studios, podcasts, radio, news.
Speaker 2: The Stock Movers Report, your roundup of companies making moves in the stock market, harnessing the power of Bloomberg data.
Speaker 3: I'm Tim Stenevek, along with Carol Masser. Let's take a look at some stocks on the move this week. With us is Bloomberg News equities reporter, Avalon Purnell.
Speaker 4: With today's stock movers, hey, Avalon.
Speaker 5: Hi, we have to start off with CoreWeave. That's ticker CRWV. It sank 25%. to end the week at its lowest level since last May. And that's after the AI cloud computing company's bonds plunged to levels that typically indicate distress. And so you also had a DA Davidson analyst warning on a podcast as well that the stock could go to zero if the AI funding boom falters, noting that the company would be unable to pay its expensive debt obligations. So worth noting that angst about the AI funding boom and also CoreWeave helped lead chip makers, excuse me, to their longest losing streak since 2008.
Speaker 1: I am pulling up the ANR function on the Bloomberg for Corweave. 32 buys, 10 holds, and 4 sells. And I'm assuming, did you say DA Davidson?
Speaker 2: Yes.
Speaker 1: I'm assuming they're neutral on the stock. Is that kind of like a sell?
Speaker 2: No.
Speaker 4: No, neutral is neutral.
Speaker 1: I mean, if you think it's going to go to zero.
Speaker 3: Interestingly enough, the stock is only at its lowest going back a few months right now. So it was down trading. It's at $ 61, $.
Speaker 4: 62 trading right now.
Speaker 3: It was trading down to like $ 60. 82 back just a few months ago. Still, it's a precipitous fall in a very short period of time. And since those all time highs last year, it has lost more than two thirds of its value.
Speaker 2: Unbelievable.
Speaker 1: About 15% of the float is short too at this point, but year to.
Speaker 4: Date down about 14%.
Speaker 1: So it just shows how much it was up and how much it's pulled back.
Speaker 4: As you just mentioned, how much did you hear Talia? No, she only talked to me. Neutral is hold.
Speaker 1: Okay, that's what I thought. If you're thinking it's going to go to zero, don't you say sell?
Speaker 3: The voice inside my head told me that neutral is hold.
Speaker 1: Thank you, Talia. I didn't have that voice inside my head.
Speaker 4: Well, because you were talking, so she wanted to tell me.
Speaker 1: Thank you for that. That's actually super considerate.
Speaker 4: That's how she rolls.
Speaker 1: Because when I hear a voice in my head, sometimes I get startled.
Speaker 4: Okay, let's move on. That was Cora Weave. What about Eli Lilly?
Speaker 5: Yes, that's ticker LLY. It jumped nearly 7% to close its biggest weekly jump since June.
Speaker 4: Okay, there's one that gained.
Speaker 3: Yes.
Speaker 5: While there wasn't any specific headlines, it did receive a nod from the EU regulators that led to the rise. Lilly's performance is really a great illustration of the broader rotation into healthcare that we saw this week. Healthcare was one of the biggest beneficiaries of those exiting the AI trade. as investors were searching for defensive sectors that would be kind of protected from what we were seeing earlier this week in CoreWeave. And this also kind of validates some of our reporting as well, showing that RBC analysts were telling us that biopharma companies like Eli Lilly would be some of the biggest benefactors if the AI trade begins to sputter.
Speaker 1: We saw so much movement. You know this because this is your space. But in terms of.
Speaker 1: Healthcare, biotech, so much movement. There was some fundamental stuff, but it really was a big move into that space overall this week. I felt like when I was looking for gainers throughout the week, a lot of times it was, I just.
Speaker 3: Want to pull up.
Speaker 1: Healthcare overall was up 3.4% this week. Yeah, so really a standout. Okay, Eli Lilly, let's go to Tesla. We talked about that a lot on Bloomberg.
Speaker 5: Yes, that's ticker TSLA sliding 7.3% to end its biggest weekly slump since July. That's after the EV makers event for its long-delayed sports car failed to lift investor sentiment for the stock. Bloomberg Intelligence noting that while the event was a high-profile tech showcase, their models point to limited financial impact as of now. And others actually mentioning at Morgan Stanley noting that the event appeared to show a deepening relationship between Tesla and SpaceX, which has long been a big question of, are these two companies going to merge? But it didn't really do much in terms of boosting sentiment to bring the stock upwards.
Speaker 3: He's got to get to certain milestones for that big payday.
Speaker 1: How much time did you spend watching the video?
Speaker 4: How many times did you like- It was the last thing I watched before I went to bed last night.
Speaker 1: Rewind, rewind, rewind.
Speaker 4: Yeah, it was pretty cool. Some of the comments were, that thing's not flying, it's floating. Or falling, falling. Somebody said, that's falling, that's not flying. Did you see the video?
Speaker 1: Oh, I did.
Speaker 5: We were having a very vivid debate in our chat as to whether it's real, whether it's flying or not.
Speaker 4: No, I don't think it's not real.
Speaker 2: I mean, I think it's real. The Stock Movers Report from Bloomberg Radio. Check back with us throughout the day for the latest roundup of companies making news on Wall Street.
