不做 GE Aerospace(GE.US)
General Motors(GM.US)
CoreWeave(CRWV.US)

Speaker 1: Bloomberg Audio Studios Podcasts Radio News The Stock Movers Report, your roundup of companies making moves in the stock market, harnessing the power of Bloomberg data.
Speaker 2: Let's take a look at some stocks on the move today. John Tucker has it for us right now. You're going to go to the far side of the world to start out.
Speaker 3: Yeah, you have to because it's kind of driving things here. And again, it goes to these, you know, concern about neoclouds. This is shares of the South Korean data center infrastructure company, Alice, plunging in the trading debut this morning overseas. And this, of course, as I say, weighing on tech stocks overall. This is the worst ever opening day for a sizable Korean initial public offering, according to data compiled by Bloomberg. So the shares finished the day with a 32 percent loss. Can you imagine investing in an IPO and getting hammered like this? This, again, reviving concerns over the NEO clouds. Everybody asks me, what's a NEO cloud? They rent out the high-performance hardware, the GPUs. People ask you that at the Jersey Shore? What's a NEO cloud? Yeah, and I'm like, okay, whatever. You have to come to me for this. Backed by venture capital firms, Alice planned to use its IPO proceeds to build more AI data centers. Of course, it's reviving concerns of the neoclouds like Livingston-based New Jersey CoreWeave.
Speaker 2: CoreWeave.
Speaker 3: Actually, the shearers. I think the bonds for CoreWeave were up to something like 16%.
Speaker 2: Yeah, they come down. They come back just a little bit. I looked at it this morning.
Speaker 3: Okay, let's move on to General Motors. And I got to say, when you look at this, I walk away from this and say, This is one of those K-shaped economy stories, even General Motors. They've narrowed the full-year profit forecast. They are going to buy back another $ 20 billion in stocks, so they do have strong cash flows. Sales are softening, though. They raised the low end and cut the high end of the previous profit outlook. Now, on one hand, you have a relatively steady income from the high margin trucks and SUVs. And at the same time, there's a decline in the company's overall delivery volumes in the U.S. You have higher fuel prices, rising interest rates, weighing on sales of the cheaper models. But affluent customers apparently showing few signs of trading down from the The biggest and priciest vehicles.
Speaker 2: Michael Ward over at Citigroup just published their share count chart. They're doing an Apple. They are religiously taking free cash flow and buying back stock. Like literally it's an Apple equivalent.
Speaker 1: $ 20 billion is 30% of the current market cap.
Speaker 2: So that's meaningful. 3-0. Wow. 3-0. Folks, I can't emphasize. Paul and I talk about this. I'm with Paul. Where are the dividends? But at the same time, it's ginormous use of free cash flow.
Speaker 3: And they're going to launch all new versions of these big suckers, the Chevy Silverado and the GMC Sierra pickups later this year. They're going to expand the production of the trucks and also build more of them powered with a premium V8.
Speaker 2: But you're not giving up the H2, right? You're not giving up the H2. I thought so. One more. One minute. Go.
Speaker 3: All right. World's largest maker of jet engines. General Electric, raising the full-year outlook. Of course, you know they do business as GE Aerospace. Yeah, jet fuel prices soaring, but air travel is yet to pull back. The company also raising its prediction for free cash flow, operating profit, and adjusted revenue growth for this year. They did take a major step, you'll recall, to control a larger piece of the supply chain. Back in September, they agreed to buy consolidated precision products. The company has continued to attract new business owners. Setting a memorandum of understanding with Indian carrier Indigo, a thousand leap 1A jet engines.
