On October 14, 2026, Rocket Lab Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release and made available a presentation, providing an update relating to the development of its Neutron rocket. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.

Item 8.01 Other Events.
On October 14, 2026, the Company provided an update on the development of its Neutron rocket and its expected launch schedule. As the team continues development and incorporation of process improvements, the first launch is now anticipated to shift into next year. The Company is progressing through key manufacturing and testing milestones and will provide further updates as work continues.
