On July 24, 2026, SYTECH (Suzhou) and the Suzhou Industrial Park Administrative Committee held a signing ceremony for the landing of SYTECH's AI High-Performance Computing and Advanced Semiconductor Base Material R&D and Production Base in Suzhou. Witnessed by leaders from the Jiangsu Provincial Committee, Suzhou Municipal Committee and Suzhou Industrial Park, representatives from both sides signed project intention agreement. Chen Renxi, Chairman of SYTECH, along with SYTECH (Suzhou) management team, attended the ceremony.
The land to be acquired for the project under this signing is located in Suzhou Industrial Park, enjoying a prime location, with a proposed investment of approximately RMB 5 billion.
Since its founding in Dongguan in 1985, SYTECH has remained focused on its core business while pursuing innovation and growth. The company has established copper clad laminate manufacturing bases in Xianyang, Suzhou, Changshu, Nantong, Jiujiang, and Thailand, set up subsidiaries in Hong Kong and Taiwan, and established representative offices in Europe, the United States, South Korea, Japan, Southeast Asia, and Brazil, consistently providing professional and efficient base material solutions for the development of the electronics industry. This project signing represents a key strategic layout for SYTECH's future development, aiming to rapidly respond to the strong and growing global market demand for high-performance copper clad laminates, and to continue providing critical support for advanced technology applications such as AI, cloud computing, 6G communications, and intelligent automotive electronics.
